We assist with market entry, the incorporation and restructuring of legal entities, shareholder and governance arrangements, constitutional documents, corporate approvals and ongoing compliance with Uzbek corporate law.

We advise shareholders, boards and management teams on corporate decision-making, delegations of authority, directors’ duties, related-party transactions, intra-group arrangements and employment and management matters.

Our lawyers also draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, agency, services, licensing, outsourcing, franchising and other operational contracts.
