On November 18–19, our partner Nail Hassanov participated as a panelist in panel discussion “Advisors’ Perspective” at the III PPP Roundtable: Mobilizing Private Capital Through PPPs, held in Tashkent.
Drawing on Kosta Legal’s extensive experience advising on PPP projects in the energy, water, utilities, healthcare, and education sectors, Nail contributed insights on current challenges and opportunities in the sector. He emphasized the importance of effective legal advisory support in ensuring the successful structuring, implementation, and delivery of major infrastructure projects in Uzbekistan.
