Kosta Legal advises CBD, FAB, Mashreqbank and QNB on USD 250 million financing for Agrobank

The financing, arranged by the consortium of international and regional banks, will be utilized for general corporate purposes and to bolster Agrobank’s ongoing efforts in supporting trade and agricultural sectors within Uzbekistan. This deal underscores the confidence of international financial institutions in Uzbekistan’s robust banking sector and its growing economic influence.

CBD, FAB, Mashreqbank and QNB, all key players in the MENA region, continue to strengthen their presence in Central Asia through strategic financing transactions.
